Güito does not refund the money for shipping costs, except in the case of defects or manufacturing defects. Only in these cases the originated transport costs are assumed by Güito.

The shipping costs of the return are borne by the customer except in cases of tare, confusion or error in the original shipment, in this case the cost of the return will be borne by Güito.

Once the product has been received in our warehouses and after checking its status, the amount will be refunded through the payment method used in the purchase, within a maximum period of 14 days after the notification of withdrawal. 

The return will only be accepted if the returned product is in perfect condition. In the event that the return is made for reasons not attributable to Güito, the buyer will bear the expenses generated by this return.
